Your private logs, check-ins, journal entries, and personal data belong to you. Always. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything except helping you.

What employers see

If you're part of an employer program, they see aggregated, anonymous trends only. Minimum cohort sizes are enforced by the system. No names. No individual logs. Ever.

What we collect

  • Account information (email, name, password)
  • Check-in data you provide (mood, sleep, cravings)
  • Journal entries you write
  • Usage data to improve the app

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. We're hosted on secure South African infrastructure.

Your rights

  • Export: Download all your data anytime from settings
  • Delete: Remove your account and all data permanently
  • Correct: Update any incorrect information
