Equip is a support tool. It's not a medical service, not a diagnosis tool, not emergency services. If you're in danger, call emergency services or a South African crisis line. We'll help you get there fast.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from settings. No questions asked. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
We work hard to keep Equip running 24/7. But we're humans building this, and things can break. We'll fix issues as fast as we can. Offline mode means you can still use core features even without internet.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use Equip means you accept the new terms.
Equip is provided "as is". We're not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under South African law.
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
